Client Services Specialist

SCG Health is approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) since 2016. And we need more strong team-members!

As a Client Services Specialist in the SCG Health Value Division, the candidate will support Client needs for meaningful use, the Physician Quality Reporting System and other quality reporting programs. The specialist will also support the work of the Registry and QCDR for the upcoming reporting cycle that heats up this winter (data is due Spring 2017). The role will be integrally involved in the planning and support of Clients for the upcoming Merit-based Incentive Payment System launch January 1, 2017.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and Client support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. They should also be able to conduct research, identify primary sources (regulatory and government guidance) and have strong written communication skills. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting demanding Clients. Candidates familiar with medical billing and certified coders are highly encouraged to apply!

The candidate should have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. Candidates should excel under pressure and be comfortable juggling multiple projects at the same time. A sense of humor is helpful too with this team!

MUST HAVE:
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Superior communication skills in written and oral formats
• Excellent project management skills, including the coordination of multiple complex tasks or projects

Position will have core hours available between 9 - 5 pm ET to answer telephone inquiries, help support Client responses and project coordination among team members and follow up to prospective Client inquiries. Reports to the CEO and supports various functions including scheduling, finance, strategic planning and other essential duties of a fast, growing company.
